Toyota EV racing prototype unveiled

Toyota has released new details about their attempt to set an electric vehicle speed record at the Nürburgring on August 29th.Seen here for the first time, the unnamed racing prototype has a 41.5 kWh lithium-ceramic battery which powers two electric motors that produce 381 PS (280 kW / 375 hp) and 800 Nm (590 Nm) of torque.
